In the winter months you can enjoy skiing at Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Ski Cooper, Monarch or Loveland. We’re closest to Breckenridge, about 30 minutes, but the rest are well with in reach!

Summer provides opportunities for hiking, fishing, biking, gold panning, white water rafting and much more! Enjoy the challenge of hiking up a fourteener? We’ve got ‘em! You can be white water rafting on the Arkansas in Buena Vista in less than an hour. The winding mountain roads are great for Harley rides or exploring the mountains of central Colorado!

Enjoy the quaint shops of Fairplay, historic South Park along with all the services you might need. Fun in Fairplay last all summer from Burro Days to the ”Ladies Harley Run” , 4th of July to the Rock & Gem show.
